Taraj Agarwal is a legal professional and Company Secretary with nearly two decades of experience across corporate in-house roles and law firm practice. She has advised domestic and multinational clients across a wide spectrum of corporate, transactional and regulatory matters.
Her experience spans complex cross-border transactions, corporate structuring, regulatory compliance and strategic legal advisory, with a focus on delivering solutions that are commercially aligned and practically implementable.

Sameer Sagar is an experienced practitioner with extensive expertise in corporate transactions, real estate and infrastructure advisory, dispute resolution and commercial negotiations. He advises and represents domestic as well as international clients across a wide range of complex legal and business matters.
His practice spans transactional, advisory and contentious work, enabling him to provide integrated legal solutions that address both strategic and execution-level considerations.
